Salon Policies and Guidelines
Welcome to The Beauty Bar Salon and Spa! Our goal is to provide every client with a pleasant and enjoyable experience. To ensure this, we’ve outlined our salon policies and guidelines below. Please take a moment to review them, as they will help make your visit seamless and comfortable
1. Product Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your purchases. If you have any unused, unopened products, you may return or exchange them for equal value within 7 days of purchase.
2. Redo/Refund Policy for Salon Services
We strive for excellence with every service. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please inform us before leaving the salon. We will be happy to redo your service at no additional charge. Please note that we do not offer refunds for salon services.
3. Deposit Policy
A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit ensures your booking and allows us to cover our time in case of a cancellation. You can reschedule your appointment, but the deposit is non-refundable.
4. Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment will be considered a no-show.
5. No Show Policy
Please be considerate by canceling your appointment if your plans change. No-shows will incur a $45 fee, which will be charged at your next visit to compensate for the lost time and revenue.
6. Children
For the safety and comfort of everyone, if you must bring children with you, please ensure they are well-behaved and supervised at all times. Stylist staff are not responsible for the welfare of children in the salon. The Beauty Bar Salon and Spa cannot be held liable for any accidents or injuries involving children.
7. Payment Policy
We accept Visa, MasterCard, cash and cashapp ($beautybar2019). All payments must be made prior to leaving the salon. For security reasons, payments will be collected one hour before closing.
8. Hair Extension Removal
To ensure the best care for your hair, we recommend that hair extensions or other installations be removed by our professional stylists. The Beauty Bar Salon and Spa is not responsible for any damage caused by hair extension removal performed by third parties.
