1. What is your refund policy for products?
We accept returns for unused and unopened products within 7 days of purchase. You may return products for a full refund or exchange them for an item of equal value.
2. What should I do if I’m not satisfied with my salon service?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with your service, please notify us immediately, before leaving the salon. We will make every effort to redo the service at no additional charge. Please note that we do not offer refunds for services.
3. Do I need to pay a deposit to book an appointment?
Yes, a $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit helps cover our time in the event of a cancellation. If you need to reschedule, we will apply the deposit to the new appointment. Please note that without a deposit, we cannot guarantee your booking.
4. What is your cancellation policy?
We ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be considered a no-show.
5. What happens if I miss my appointment (No Show)?
If you miss your appointment without notifying us, a $45 no-show fee will be applied. This fee will be charged during your next visit to cover the lost revenue and time.
6. Can I bring my children with me to my appointment?
While we understand the challenges of childcare, we ask that if you bring your children, please ensure they are well-behaved and supervised at all times. Our staff is not responsible for the supervision of children in the salon.
7. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and cash. Payment for services must be made before leaving the salon. For security reasons, we process payments one hour prior to closing.
8. Can I remove my hair extensions or other hair installs myself?
For the best results and to avoid damage, we recommend that our professional stylists handle the removal of hair extensions and other installations. The Beauty Bar Salon and Spa is not responsible for any damage caused by hair removal performed by third parties.
9. Do you offer any special services for natural hair or braiding?
Yes, we specialize in natural hair styling, braiding, and weaving. Our expert stylists can create a wide range of looks, from everyday styles to special occasions, all while keeping your hair healthy and looking fabulous.
